Join us for our fourth meeting of the year! DWB at UT Austin will be welcoming Alexandra Minnaar, Director of Community Immigration Services and a practicing Immigration Lawyer at RAICES. 

Alexandra Minnaar is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts and the University of Pennsylvania. She began working at RAICES in San Antonio in September 2008 with detained asylum seekers and unaccompanied children. She has been the managing attorney of RAICES’ Austin office since 2014 and became the acting statewide Director of Community Immigration Services in 2018. RAICES promotes justice by providing free and low-cost legal services to underserved immigrant children, families, and refugees in Texas.
