Join us for our third meeting of the year! DWB at UT Austin will be welcoming Jennifer Long, executive director of Casa Marinella. Jennifer Long has been the director of Casa Marianella since 1998. Casa Marianella provides shelter, food and full support services to homeless immigrants in Austin.

Casa Marianella is the only homeless shelter the city dedicated solely to immigrants. 65% of the shelter's residents, including children, are asylum seekers, many coming to them from immigration detention. Hear more about this impactful organization from its dedicated leader at our next meeting!
