Alejandro Moreno is an associate professor of medicine and assistant dean for clinical integration at Dell Medical School. He is a practicing physician and attorney. He attended the Instituto de Ciencias de la Salud in Medellín, Colombia, graduating in 1992. He completed his residency in internal medicine in 1997 and his fellowship in general internal medicine in 2000, both at the Boston University Medical Center. Also in 2000, Moreno received a Master of Public Health – Health Law from the Boston University School of Public Health. In 2006, he obtained a law degree from the St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas; he was approved to practice law in Texas the same year.
